This full-time opportunity centers on the negotiation and resolution of complex bodily injury claims. You will work closely with claimants, legal entities, and your colleagues, ensuring adherence to high standards of service quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and settle large injury claims
• liaise with clients and legal representatives for case resolution
• Manage intricate files in defense and ADR settings
• Provide coaching and technical support to team members
• Uphold impeccable standards of client service
Requirements:
• At least three years of relevant claims experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• CIP designation required
• Hold necessary provincial adjuster license(s)
• Critical thinking and effective communication skills
