As a permanent, full-time Case Manager, you will support injured workers through individualized recovery and return-to-work plans. You will coordinate employers, medical providers, and representatives while reviewing medical information, legislation, and policy. Your decisions support safe recovery and benefit entitlement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex disability claims within strict timelines
- Review medical information and workplace details
- Determine entitlement to wage replacement benefits
- Coordinate treatment and rehabilitation services
- Develop sustainable return-to-work plans
- Degree or diploma in a related discipline
- Minimum three years of rehabilitation or disability experience
- Experience handling complex claims and high caseloads
- Strong critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
- Clear communication and proficient computer skills
