This full-time, permanent role emphasizes resolving issues and facilitating training across our Payment Processing suite. Your skills in troubleshooting and documentation will be key to supporting our clients and internal teams effectively. The position also requires you to assist with installations on weekends and holidays as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle support and troubleshooting for payment processing
• Write up tickets for POS and Express Pay inquiries
• Fulfill orders for payment processing equipment in a timely manner
• Aid dealerships with installing payment systems
• Lead training sessions for dealership staff on product features
Requirements:
• Experience in payment processing or accounting is beneficial
• High School diploma needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong documentation and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and Sundays
