In this crucial role, you'll report to the Senior Manager, North America Customer Support. Your responsibilities will include managing case resolution, assisting with product installation, and providing data analysis to Nov Atel, VERIPOS, and Autonomou Stuff clients. You'll engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and elevate complex issues to engineering as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee 2nd tier case management for all Hexagon products
• Provide technical support via phone and email for pre- and post-sales
• Assist customers with product diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Perform data analysis for problem resolution when applicable
• Visit customers in-person to address issues and provide support
Requirements:
• Degree in Geomatics or Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years in GNSS+INS industry experience
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel internationally
