As part of the CSIS team, you will analyze foreign language materials, assessing their relevance and drafting detailed reports. Candidates with proficiency in languages like Russian, Hindi, or Spanish are preferred, and familiarity with geopolitical analysis is an asset. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and translate foreign materials into English and French
• Draft reports based on intelligence gathered from communications
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of various topics
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Advise management based on findings and assessments
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree and 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Russian, Hindi, or Spanish
• Strong computer and social media skills
• Experience in report writing and team collaboration
• Knowledge of CSIS mandate and security priorities
