Key Responsibilities- Strategic Immigration AdviceProvide tailored consultations across all major Canadian immigrationprograms including PNPs, AIP, Study and Work Permits, Express Entry, and more.
- Application ExcellenceLead the preparation, review, and submission of robust immigration applications with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Client Centric CommunicationOffer professional, compassionate guidance on visitor visas, super visas, family sponsor ships, and PR pathways.
- Policy MonitoringStay on top of CICC guidelines and evolving immigration laws to deliver current and correct advice.
- Full Cycle Case ManagementManage client files from intake to completion, ensuring top-tier service and communication throughout.
- Content and Thought LeadershipCollaborate with our content team to create SEO-friendly blogs, FAQs, and guides that inform and engage prospective clients.
- Must be a licensed RCIC in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Canadian immigration services
- Solid command of NSNP, AIP, PGWP, and study permit pathways
- Expertise in temporary residence applications, family reunification, and Express Entry programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex immigration processes
- Confidence in client consultations, with bonus points for a sales or telemarketing background
Multilingual ability, especially Cantonese or Mandarin, is a valuable asset
Familiarity with CRM systems and immigration case management software.
