Our client is now seeking to enhance their Calgary Litigation team by adding a talented and dynamic mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to their current compliment of legal experts.
Qualifications and AttributesQualifications and Attributes:
- 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience at a recognized Canadian law firm, particularly in complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, energy-related matters, and arbitration
- Strong academic credentials
- Proactive and initiative-driven
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and drafting skills
- Client-focused with outstanding interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative team player
- Must be qualified to practice law in Canada
