Superior Propane Legal Counsel

Position: Superior Propane Legal Counsel Role
Lead legal initiatives as a Legal Counsel for Superior's propane and CNG businesses in a hybrid work model. This position offers strategic legal support focusing on compliance and commercial transactions.

In this pivotal role reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you will draft and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements while advising on best practices related to compliance. You will also play a key part in managing legal risks and supporting cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements

• Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance

• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions

• Manage legal disputes and insurance matters as needed

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal projects

Requirements:

• LLB or J.D. with a good standing in a Canadian law society

• 4–9 years of focused legal experience in corporate law

• Exposure to publicly traded environments is an asset

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
