Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of insurance defense cases independently

• Draft and execute motions, affidavits, and legal briefs

• Conduct trials in various court systems

Requirements:

• LLB or JD degree required

• Active member of the Law Society of Alberta

• Minimum two years in insurance litigation

• Strong drafting and trial experience

• Familiarity with AI tools in legal work
