Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to a variety of civil litigation matters
• Draft legal pleadings, briefs, and other documents
• Conduct thorough legal research to recommend strategies
• Assist with questionings and mediations as experience allows
• Maintain high standards of client communication and service
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant civil litigation experience
• Background in insurance defence is an asset
• Proficiency in Alberta litigation procedures
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
