This full-time or part-time role in a well-established law firm involves advising clients on inheritance issues, drafting essential legal documents, and navigating estate settlements. You'll work closely with German probate courts and partner firms, making significant contributions to our clients' legal needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer independent advice on inheritance matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills
• Address estate settlements involving international aspects
• Communicate with German authorities and notaries
• Assist in the strategic development of client relationships
Requirements:
• Licensed Rechtsanwalt in Germany or equivalent
• A strong interest in international law practices
• Exceptional communication and independence skills
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written, is a must
• Initial experience in this field is beneficial
