In this role, you'll conduct essential audits of engagement letters while collaborating with various legal professionals to ensure adherence to guidelines. Your responsibilities will include managing outside counsel requests and preparing compliance reports to enhance efficiency and quality in legal service delivery. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of legal documentation within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough engagement letter audits
• Oversee the management of outside counsel guidelines
• Prepare compliance tracking reports and metrics
• Collaborate effectively with lawyers and assistants
• Maintain documentation on compliance and training
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education related to database management
• 3-5 years of experience in a legal environment
• Must be bilingual in English and French
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Discretion handling sensitive information
