Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and conduct litigation and arbitrations across Canada
• Provide strategic direction during mediations and hearings
• Ensure compliance with labour and employment legislation
• Oversee external counsel performance and advice
• Assist in audit and compliance reporting
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized law school in Canada
• Minimum 5 years of legal practice experience
• Strong knowledge of labour, employment, and human rights law
• Familiarity with litigation processes
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
