Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compliance guidance to members and stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance issues

• Investigate potential contraventions under the Compliance By-law

• Manage membership application and registration processes

• Draft supporting documentation for compliance trainings and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years in financial services compliance

• Undergraduate degree in law or related field

• Experience liaising with senior leadership

• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks

• Exceptional written and communication skills
