Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate and commercial litigation cases

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and briefs

• Prepare for mediations and other dispute resolutions

• Advise clients on legal strategies and risk assessments

• Conduct legal research to support case arguments

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of litigation experience in Canada

• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta

• Experience with Alberta courts and independent file management

• Strong research, advocacy, and writing skills

• Client communication expertise in litigation matters
