** Job Description
** We are looking for a Materials Management Specialist to join our Materials Management Team. The objective of the Material Management Specialist is to deliver value through world-class procurement and material management systems, capabilities, and processes by leveraging advanced sourcing methods; global market knowledge and Fluor’s global purchasing volume to obtain the best pricing, quality and service for our clients.

* Main Responsibilities:

** + Support execution by managing the timely delivery of equipment from the manufacturer or supplier to job site. + Participate in multi-discipline team meetings collaborating with Fluor’s Project Management and our clients + Material tracking and reporting in support of key project deliverables + Review and approval of contractor and supplier invoices. + Generation of daily, weekly, or monthly reports to provide project stakeholders + Update data in material management reference system to maintain accuracy and consistency for reporting + Export data from internal system to perform detailed data analysis, dashboards and reports to support construction requirements + Engage with our site construction teams to support our construction work package material availability forecasts

Job Requirements ** + Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related Business discipline in 2025/2026. + Fluor's projects are organized into task forces which operate as a team. Successful candidates will be working closely with other employees and efficient written and oral communication skills are essential to the job.
