Position

Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support Eneon’s acquisition and delivery processes for goods and services, engaging in all Supply Chain activities such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, finance, and stakeholder management and communication. This individual will act as the primary point-of-contact for their assigned categories within the Supply Chain department and will continually evaluate cost-effectiveness across activities to ensure best supply chain solutions are achieved.

Key Responsibilities Order Management
  • Generating purchase orders (PO) and obtaining approval as required.
  • Regular tracking of open orders.
  • Expediting orders and/or finding alternatives to meet project timelines when necessary.
  • Identifying cost savings where possible by evaluating options across service providers, suppliers, and parts sourcing to meet business needs.
Document and Data Management
  • Updating procurement, logistic, finance, inventory, and all other required documents.
  • Auditing and updating data in the ERP system.
  • Filling business operation documents (ex. account set-ups, credit applications).
  • Reviewing and updating existing procedures to align with best practices and industry standards.
Inventory Maintenance
  • Managing our partner warehouses.
  • Inventory tracking, issuing, cycle counting, item allocation, and inventory health checking.
  • Creating part numbers in system according to order requirements.
  • Tracking free issue parts delivery to contractors and contract manufacturers and obtaining proof of receipt.
  • Receiving physical orders, lifting, relocating packages by hand, and loading/unloading deliveries via forklift (if licensed).
Logistics
  • Assessing logistic issues, evaluating supplier performances, setting SLAs (service level agreements) & KPIs (key performance indicators), and driving improvement with suppliers.
  • Generating and compiling shipping documents.
  • Assessing duty and tariff impacts per shipment.
  • Sourcing and recommending best shipping options.
  • Managing local and international courier deliveries.
  • Communicating shipping documents to shippers, receivers, and customs brokers, ensuring full and accurate product information is captured.
  • Working closely with custom brokers for all required customs activities.
  • Coordinating local and international intermodal shipping activities with aligned incoterms.
Communication
  • Updating internal teams on pending/completed POs and delivery of urgent items.
  • Creating and communicating RFQs and POs to suppliers.
  • Generating system reports as required by internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting finance and suppliers (ex. clarifying invoices, identifying priority and milestone payments).
Requirements
  • 3+ years of directly related experience to the above responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics, particularly experience with local and international shipping and shipping documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Thorough experience using an ERP system or software.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to execute accurate and precise data.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work within deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Accredited supply chain education and certification, and/or accredited logistics education and certification.
  • Experience using Netsuite.
  • Strong familiarity with tariffs, CBSA, and US CBP.
  • Forklift certification.
