In this 1-year contract opportunity, you will steer economic engagement efforts aimed at strengthening relationships with Indigenous communities. A blend of strategic planning and operational execution will be essential to align contracting opportunities with community needs, driving a sustainable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute Indigenous Economic Engagement Plans
• Build lasting relationships with Indigenous communities and businesses
• Ensure compliance with procurement and contracting practices
• Collaborate with public affairs and sustainability teams
• Guide contractors in achieving Indigenous participation targets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in supply chain or community engagement
• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
• Influential negotiation and communication abilities
• Comfortable with occasional travel and office work
