Position: Calgary Project Expeditor for Industrial Projects
Become a Project Expeditor with Roska DBO Inc. in Calgary, Alberta, managing supply chains for large-scale industrial projects. Your proactive approach will be crucial in ensuring timely delivery of materials across Western Canada.

This 5/2 schedule contract position requires someone with solid experience in procurement and expediting. You will monitor supplier deliveries, mitigate supply chain risks, and engage with various teams such as logistics and quality control. Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor purchase order progress and supplier performance

• Identify and address potential delays proactively

• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and logistics

• Prepare and maintain Maximo updates and reports

• Assist in coordinating inspections and resolving issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years in expediting or procurement roles

• Experience in EPC, mining, or oil & gas projects

• Strong grasp of procurement and quality management

• Knowledge of Maximo or equivalent ERP systems

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
