Key Responsibilities- Co-manage operations across shipping and customer pickups
- Maximize cost-effectiveness and resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Maintain understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Verify inventory accuracy and handle stock transfers
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years warehouse experience, preferably in Retail
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safe material handling and equipment
- Flexibility in working various shifts and weekends
