This role supports a large-scale operational project, combining system management and supplier relations. You will oversee daily time entry, manage contractor onboarding/offboarding, and assist in documentation. Strong organizational skills and bilingual support are essential for fostering effective stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to support contractor onboarding and time entry
• Manage daily time entry activities for accuracy
• Monitor system errors and troubleshoot issues
• Provide training and updates on project progress
• Develop training materials for end-users
Requirements:
• Experience in supply chain or system coordination
• Familiarity with transactional and enterprise systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to train users in French and English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
