Join Health Shared Services at Foothills Medical Centre as a Stores I. This role focuses on the essential tasks of supply management, ensuring hospitals are equipped with the necessary materials.
In your Stores I role, you will manage various responsibilities related to hospital supplies, equipment, and food. You’ll process requisitions, conduct audits for quality assurance, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Your diligence in tracking inventory will help to optimize supply levels while preventing overstock.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform picking, packaging, and shipping of supplies
• Audit carts for compliance with quality standards
• Engage with stakeholders about supply quantities
• Monitor and report inventory to prevent excess
• Support shipping and receiving operations consistently
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent required
• Able to lift heavy weights and move carts
• Effective English language skills for communication
• Basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft software
• Willingness to respond to short-notice calls
Utilize your attention to detail and organizational abilities to support health services with AHS.
