Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a high-performing Supply Chain Management team

• Guide strategic sourcing and procurement governance

• Build relationships across finance, operations, and engineering teams

• Oversee sourcing, materials management, and supplier performance

• Analyze spend and demand forecasts for supply continuity

Requirements:

• 15+ years in supply chain and procurement management

• Post-secondary degree in relevant field; SCMP preferred

• Expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier performance

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI

• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
