Be a part of the roadsurfer team as an RV Station Specialist in Calgary, Alberta. This seasonal role from April to November involves maintaining camper cleanliness and ensuring customer joy.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to take charge of cleaning campers and conducting vehicle inspections. You'll also play a key role in customer interactions, ensuring each rental experience is memorable. Supporting daily operations alongside the Station Manager, your hands-on approach will help elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure campers are clean and safe for adventures
• Identify and report any vehicle issues
• Maneuver company vehicles safely in the lot
• Deliver keys with a smile and assist customers
• Work collaboratively with the station team daily
Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs
