Supply Chain NPI Project Coordinator

Lead the charge in supply chain innovation as a Senior NPI Project Coordinator. Streamline procurement efforts, manage timelines, and enhance quality across manufacturing processes.
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you’ll report to the Director and orchestrate collaborative efforts with diverse teams including engineers and project managers.

Your role includes developing NPI plans, overseeing material acquisition, and communicating effectively on project status and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct weekly meetings for project tracking and follow-ups

• Support collaboration and risk identification processes

• Oversee purchasing to ensure timely material delivery

• Manage supplier escalations and contractual requirements

• Track and report on performance metrics consistently
Requirements:

• 5+ years in procurement and sourcing in a manufacturing context

• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities

• Familiarity with data management systems and MS Office

• Demonstrated self-motivation in high-pressure environments
