As a Bilingual Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee daily time entry activities and ensure data accuracy across multiple sites. Strong coordination skills and attention to detail are essential for managing contractor onboarding, PR/PO workflows, and invoicing. Your bilingual communication will play a key role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams on time entry processes
• Manage daily time entry accuracy and timeliness
• Provide troubleshooting support for system errors
• Train suppliers on time entry and system usage
• Generate reports on time entry discrepancies
Requirements:
• Experience in supply chain or system coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
