As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the design and execution of effective supply chain strategies. This role requires 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience and strong leadership within the industrial energy sector. You'll leverage your ERP management skills and advanced negotiation capabilities to enhance performance and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ERP roadmap for data integrity

• Mentor Purchasing and Inventory teams while tracking KPIs

• Manage relationships with critical component manufacturers

• Direct procurement spend and implement cost-reduction strategies

• Oversee compliance with Alberta regulations and internal audits
Requirements:

• 8+ years of supply chain experience, 3+ in management

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• Strong negotiation and financial data synthesis skills

• Proven track record in logistics and contract management

• SCMP designation preferred
