Raytheon Material Program Manager

Position: Raytheon Material Program Manager Role
Contribute to the aerospace sector as a Material Program Manager with Raytheon Canada. Engage in material management that drives program success while working in a hybrid environment.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of material flow, acting as a liaison between Supply Chain and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Your strategic planning will enhance program performance from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with military and procurement standards. Leadership in supplier and material strategies will directly impact project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between Supply Chain and IPTs

• Oversee development of Material Program Strategy (MPS)

• Ensure compliance with procurement process requirements

• Manage supplier relationships and material forecasts

• Provide updates during program reviews and stakeholder meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related

• At least 4 years of supply chain experience needed

• Knowledge of defense industry practices preferred

• Effective multitasking in a collaborative team environment

• Microsoft Office proficiency and ERP systems use
