Experienced Bilingual Contract Specialist

Join us as an Experienced Bilingual Contract Specialist, where you'll leverage your English and Mandarin skills to coordinate vendor management and contract preparation. Work effectively across teams every day.

You will engage in supplier registration, manage procurement status, and administer contracts, all while ensuring accuracy in invoices and payments. Candidates should have a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering and at least three years of industry experience.

Your role will also involve preparing cost forecasts and flowcharts using Visio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register new subcontractors in vendor systems

• Prepare accruals and cost forecasts

• Conduct RFX’s for contracts

• Review invoices against POs for accuracy

• Maintain effective communications with suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering

• 3+ years of supply chain experience

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin

• Skilled in MS Office suite

• Flexible approach to dynamic environments
