Drive supply chain efficiencies as the Demand Analysis Manager s critical role emphasizes capacity planning, procurement strategies, and safety compliance across operations.

As a Demand Analysis Manager, you will establish and manage master plans that meet overall business objectives.

Your role will require collaboration with various departments to ensure effective supply chain practices. You will be responsible for analyzing key metrics and providing insights to improve inventory management and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead master planning updates aligned with business demands

• Analyze and maintain finished goods inventory plans

• Communicate effectively with suppliers for procurement management

• Develop and improve master plan reporting tools

• Facilitate supply chain policy development and implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of supply chain and procurement experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields

• Strong analytical skills in capacity and trade-off analysis

• Must be bilingual in Korean and Mandarin, ideal

• Ability to work under pressure with effective decision-making
