Support maintenance and projects as a Materials Coordinator II in Calgary. This detail-oriented role focuses on material management and seamless supply chain coordination.

In this one-year contract role, you will coordinate materials activities critical to maintenance and project operations. Your expertise in SAP and strong organizational skills will ensure timely material fulfillment and effective liaison with procurement teams. You'll be proactive in problem-solving and building relationships across various functions within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate materials activities for maintenance and project needs

• Interface closely with procurement and business units

• Partner with inventory, vendors, and maintenance teams

• Order raw materials and ensure delivery accuracy

• Maintain and oversee accurate inventory records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• Experience in materials coordination or supply chain

• Strong SAP knowledge and inventory skills

• Advanced also Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
