Supply Chain Administrator

Position: Supply Chain Administrator Experience Role
Enhance supply chain operations with UFA as a Supply Chain Administrator on a 12-month contract. Bring your administrative and purchasing expertise to optimize our processes and support our teams effectively.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Supply Chain Planning, this role ensures efficient workflow within the department. With a focus on procurement activities, you'll communicate regularly with operations and sales teams while maintaining inventory standards that meet customer demands. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be paramount in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Materials Requirement Planning for timely procurement

• Collaborate with operations to manage inventory movements

• Oversee and ensure accurate purchase orders and transfers

• Administer vendor Incoterms for seamless deliveries

• Resolve discrepancies related to accounts payable and pricing
Requirements:

• Business diploma in agriculture or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or retail

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented approach
