Order Picking Lead at Fresh Prep

Take the lead in order picking with Fresh Prep, a leader in sustainable meal kit delivery. We're looking for a dependable individual ready to thrive in a cool, high-paced environment.
As an Order Picking Lead, you will ensure customer food orders are accurately paired and efficiently shipped, fulfilling budget and KPI targets. Your leadership skills will be crucial in coaching team members while maintaining adherence to FIFO and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate picking of customized food orders

• Ensure adherence to First In First Out (FIFO) process

• Meet and exceed order picking and KPI targets

• Train and coach team members for optimal performance

• Maintain organization and record keeping throughout shifts
Requirements:

• Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse settings

• Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled facility

• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge

• Comfortable lifting objects up to 30 lbs.
