Elevate your career as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Calgary with Sobeys Inc.
Your role will focus on efficient order processing and exceptional customer service.
This full-time, 8-month contract position involves direct administrative support for Team Leaders. You'll be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Office to manage inventory, validate loading processes, and respond effectively to customer inquiries. The opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a clean and safe work environment is key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete and release scheduled orders using EXE
• Prepare trailer maps and validate loading processes
• Create Bills of Lading electronically
• Respond to Customer Service inquiries promptly
• Maintain positive relationships with drivers and staff
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Forklift certification or experience preferred
• Strong time-management and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
