UFA Supply Chain Administration

Position: UFA Supply Chain Administration Role
Join UFA as a Supply Chain Administrator for a 12-month term, focusing on enhancing our supply chain processes. This role requires strong administrative and procurement skills to facilitate seamless operations across teams.

As a pivotal member of our Supply Chain Planning team, you will report to the Supervisor and work closely with operations and sales to address inquiries on products and processes. Your ability to track inventory and oversee purchasing strategies will directly impact our operational efficiency and cost optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Materials Requirement Planning and procurement tasks

• Ensure timely delivery and inventory management

• Administer purchase orders and delivery timelines

• Coordinate vendor Incoterms for inbound shipments

• Address vendor performance issues related to delivery

Requirements:

• Business diploma or relevant experience

• At least 2 years in an administrative or retail role

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal

• Familiarity with demand forecasting software and MS Office
