Position: Demand Planner for Aerospace at DHC
Lead demand planning at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada in Calgary. Drive data-driven decisions and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate forecasts and operational excellence.

The Demand Planner role is vital to De Havilland Canada's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process. You will develop demand forecasts, facilitate reviews, and ensure alignment across departments like Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance. Your responsibilities will also include supporting aftermarket order management and maintaining planning data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own monthly demand planning processes and customer requirement reflections

• Facilitate cross-functional demand review meetings

• Analyze forecast accuracy and emerging trends

• Provide support for inventory health and backlog management

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field

• 5-10 years in Demand Planning or SIOP

• Experience with ERP systems

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
