At HOCS Projects, you will play a key role in ensuring materials, equipment, and documentation are delivered accurately and on schedule.

** What You Will Do
** Create and issue purchase orders based on project and operational requirements   Source materials, equipment, and services from approved suppliers and obtain quotations   Support evaluation of pricing, lead times, and commercial terms   Track and monitor purchase orders from issuance through delivery   Follow up with suppliers to confirm production status, shipping dates, and documentation   Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams   Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and delivery milestones   Identify potential delivery risks and support resolution of issues with suppliers   Ensure all required documentation (packing lists, certificates, invoices) is complete and accurate   Provide regular updates to procurement, project, and operations teams   Support resolution of non-conformances, shortages, and delivery discrepancies
** What We Are Looking For
** Junior: 0–4 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or related field   Intermediate: 5–10 years of relevant experience   Post-secondary education in supply chain, business, or related field considered an asset   SCMP designation or enrollment considered an asset   Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles   Strong communication and follow-up skills   High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)
