As a full-time SCM Lead at Suncor, you’ll take responsibility for category strategy and complex sourcing initiatives. Your expertise in supply chain operations and stakeholder collaboration will shape commercial outcomes and enhance supplier partnerships. This role demands a proactive approach in optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance for Wells operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop 3-5 year category strategies aligned with operational needs
• Optimize category supply chain including inventory and logistics
• Guide RFx execution with efficient negotiation strategies
• Deliver cost savings and value targets through sourcing
• Collaborate with Contracts Advisors to execute contracts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or engineering
• 10+ years of supply chain experience in drilling and completions
• Proficient in SAP and supply chain systems
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and category management
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
