Be a key player in the Supply Chain as an Expeditor in Calgary, Alberta, working in a hybrid environment. Coordinate equipment and materials to drive project success while fostering strong vendor relations.
This hybrid role, lasting 12 months, requires a proactive individual with 3-4 years of experience in a supply chain context. You will be responsible for expediting materials, monitoring schedules, and ensuring compliance with project deadlines.
Your role will involve relationship-building with vendors and internal teams as well as document management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate materials to align with construction schedules
• Monitor vendor fabrication and production timelines
• Communicate delays and resolve supply issues
• Manage project-related documentation efficiently
• Provide status updates on material progress
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in supply chain or project-based roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Knowledge of logistics and procurement processes
• Experience with systems like SAP and Share Point
