This contractor role seeks an Intermediate Supply Chain resource with a proven track record of 6-8 years in project procurement, especially in heavy industrial environments. You will work with internal stakeholders, effectively manage multiple tasks, and maintain calm under pressure while ensuring compliance with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support development and execution of procurement strategies
• Conduct end-to-end sourcing and contracting for projects
• Facilitate negotiations to secure optimal supplier agreements
• Keep procurement records up-to-date and audit-ready
• Engage in initiatives for supply chain performance enhancement
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Proven experience in procurement and supplier management
• Understanding of contract law and risk management
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
