Join CoolIT as an Experienced Procurement Specialist focused on optimizing material purchasing and production coordination. Utilize your organizational skills to ensure timely procurement aligned with budgets.

This role, vital to the Supply Chain team, reports to the Global Procurement Manager. You will oversee the purchasing processes, establish specifications, and ensure accuracy in the ERP system. Effective communication with logistics and receiving teams will be crucial to mitigate delays and maintain project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Purchase Orders for necessary materials

• Define purchasing specifications considering quality and cost

• Oversee PO creation and follow-up processes

• Verify information accuracy within ERP systems

• Coordinate closely with logistics and receiving teams

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven setting

• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Team collaboration and independent work abilities

• Experience with Net Suite or BOM tools is advantageous
