Position: Experienced Buyer for Agilus

Reporting to the Materials Manager, you will facilitate purchasing activities, ensuring materials and equipment are promptly sourced and delivered.

Your role includes creating purchase orders, expediting orders, and collaborating closely with engineering to ensure specifications are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and expedite orders with Projects and Aftermarket teams

• Collaborate with engineering for specification clarification

• Maintain and communicate delivery timelines for long-lead items

• Resolve any issues affecting purchase orders with suppliers

• Coordinate logistics for ensuring material delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

• Independent worker with limited supervision

• Experience with steel fabrication is a plus

• Strong communication skills at all levels

• Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings
