CoolIT Systems, based in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to enhance our growing international operations. You’ll manage raw material and finished goods shipments and maintain trade compliance documentation. Your expertise will ensure timely deliveries to our diverse customer base while collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international shipments via air, sea, and land

• Manage import/export of manufacturing raw materials and goods

• Prepare all shipping and customs documentation

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers

• Monitor shipments to proactively resolve logistics issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred

• Minimum three years of international logistics experience

• In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations

• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle

• Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
