Courier Team Lead

Overview

Assist management in overseeing daily sort, delivery/pickup activities and remote domicile location/feeder operations (where applicable). Lead the sector as assigned, ensuring best practices and effective operations. Act as a mentor and role model for hourly employees, demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

• Prioritize and delegate tasks in a time‑sensitive manner.

• Education
  :
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum 1 year of current courier experience. Preference for personal development in Excel.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record; ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment; solid knowledge of Fed Ex products, services, and general operations; knowledge of Federal Express operations and Canadian customs regulations (asset). Completion of basic and recurring training, including DG specialist certification, and maintenance of annual accreditation.

• Personal development stream in Excel.

If the incumbent resides in Quebec, bilingual proficiency in French and English is required. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application.
