Cement Distribution Process Coordinator

As a pivotal member of the team, you will report to the CVC Manager, supporting Western Canada Cement Distribution. This position emphasizes documenting critical business processes, evaluating distribution strategies, and collaborating with diverse teams to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Your work will ensure timely and accurate execution of key operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document all crucial business processes and requirements

• Evaluate and streamline current distribution processes

• Lead meetings to establish clear operational timelines

• Process ownership and data entry as necessary

• Support the Distribution & Commercial Teams when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

• 1-5 years' experience in manufacturing or production

• Advanced Excel skills and ERP software knowledge

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
