EPC Procurement Manager

Técnicas Reunidas Canada E&C Inc. is hiring an EPC Procurement Manager in Calgary to lead complex procurement strategies in oil and gas projects. This full-time position emphasizes end-to-end procurement execution and supplier management.

In your new role, you will utilize expertise in North American EPC environments and the Middle East mega-projects to manage the complete procurement process from FEED phase to project close-out. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in total cost modelling, compliance with internal governance frameworks, and cross-functional team coordination to deliver optimal outcomes. Your oversight will ensure alignment with project schedules and successful supplier engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead value engineering and cost optimization analyses

• Present TCO-based sourcing strategies for project approvals

• Ensure procurement traceability and compliance with standards

• Manage risk-based procurement strategies and performance evaluation

• Develop training programs for procurement teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline

• Mandatory CSCP and Six Sigma certifications

• At least 5 years of experience in EPC projects

• Experience in major oil and gas projects over USD 2B

• Advanced Smart Plant Materials and ERP platform knowledge
