Your role includes evaluating supplier performance using platforms like Viewpoint and Coupa for accurate procurement management. You will analyze market trends to identify cost-saving measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source materials and negotiate with suppliers

• Maintain procurement records and compliance reports

• Conduct supplier evaluations for performance assurance

• Control procurement budgets to meet project goals

• Ensure quality compliance of all purchases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience

• 3-5 years of procurement experience in construction

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical materials
