About the Role

LNG Canada is seeking a construction lawyer to support the Phase 2 Pipeline Expansion during construction. You will partner closely with the project, contracts and construction management teams to provide timely, practical legal advice on contract administration and dispute avoidance, including support for claims, deviations, and variation/change requests arising from the EPCM contractor, prime construction contractors, and other contractors and suppliers.

You will review and interpret project agreements and support contract administration across the EPCM and construction contracting model, including claims management, dispute resolution strategy, and compliance with LNG Canada’s commitments to the Pipeline owner, Coastal Gas Link.
