We are looking for a seasoned Senior Supply Management Specialist who possesses 15-20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector. You will lead sourcing initiatives in complex drilling and completions categories, while driving supplier relationship management. Ideal candidates possess commercial expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement to enhance D&C operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term sourcing strategies for D&C categories
• Serve as an advisor on market trends and supplier risks
• Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements
• Mentor junior supply management professionals
• Collaborate on complex RFPs/RFQs across geographies
Requirements:
• 15-20 years in Supply Management in Oil & Gas
• Expert knowledge of D&C categories and sourcing methods
• Strong analytical and risk management skills
• Proven track record of driving strategic improvements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
