Director of Supply Chain Management

Lead supply chain initiatives at Superior Gas Liquids as the Director, focusing on competitive pricing and secure customer deliveries. This hybrid role emphasizes logistics, negotiation, and teamwork to enhance operational performance.

As the Director, you will report to the VP of North American Supply for NGL and Distillates. Your responsibilities include managing supply and demand for various delivery methods and collaborating closely with the logistics team. With a keen focus on customer enhancements, you will drive strategies that support both short-term and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics for rail, pipeline, and truck deliveries

• Oversee supply contracts and ensure volume forecasts

• Negotiate favorable supply arrangements and pricing

• Direct team efforts for performance improvements

• Collaborate on business development and growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Community College Diploma in relevant fields

• Minimum 5-10 years in supply/logistics experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and leadership abilities

• Understanding of industry practices, particularly liquid propane gases
